New Year's Eve Stops of Fun

It was New Year's Eve and daddy had to work. Landon was going to hang with the Hildreths after dinner, so we had to make the best of our day together. We started with a trip in our PJs to Burger King. Landon had been asking for it for a week. 

Stop #2 the movies to see Penguins of Madagascar. 

Stop #3 - Sophie's bath time. She has to start the New Year off right. 

Stop #4 Dinner at Stevie B's Pizza - This has become our tradition each year. 

Then it was time for Landon to go to the Hildreths to ring in the new year. It was kind of a sad mommy moment because he wanted to be somewhere else besides home, but I know they will have a blast and stay up late. (I am sure I will pay for it tomorrow!)

Then it was us 2 girls left. Happy New Year Kaylee bug!

Hildreth Love

We went over to hang out with the Hildreths and Kohen and Kaylee were playing dress up together. She even helped him get dressed and then she tried to steal a kiss. It was so cute! Wes better get his gun ready...I think she might chase cute boys!

Whoops!

The Terrys came over for our annual Christmas dinner together, after Christmas. They got Landon this really cool flying toy. He was flying it and accidentally landed it on Kaylee's head. WHOOPS!!! We had to take it apart to get her hair untangled.

Santa and family were very good to us this year. Kaylee loved dressing Sophie up in a necklace and the shirt that Mimi made for her. 

Christmas Eve

Everyone was coming to our house for Christmas, so mom and I decided to go ahead and prepare as much as we could on Christmas Eve so we could relax on Christmas day. While I was making my pies mom was working on grandma's hair and had a little helper. Kaylee was prepared in case it rained. 

I love to make my Great Grandma Dot's noodles. She means a lot to me and I think about her all the time. This is my way to be close to her again. What is neat is Kaylee got to help me this year. 

One of my college friends is a Disney travel agent and she posted a doll that you could win if you shared her page. I did it hoping to win and I DID!!! Kaylee got the doll on Christmas Eve. She loves Snow White!

Fun at School

The week before Christmas break the school had different days where we dressed up. One day was a reindeer.

But my favorite was the last day where we all were adorable snow-women!

5th grade dressed up as Christmas trees. We were all so cute together! 

Girls' Night

Landon and Kaylee never understand why mommy and daddy need breaks. I try to explain that one day they will understand. I have been blessed to work with these great girls and I LOVE having some mommy time laughing with them.
