Petting Zoo with the Renos

The Renos invited us to go to a petting zoo close to them. Landon was so excited to see the animals and his friend Maddy and Chloe.

We didn't know how Landon would like these animals coming up to him, but he loved it. I was the one that realized that I am not a farm girl.

They had little brushes that you could brush the animals.

Maddy and Landon loved playing together.

He wasn't even scared of the animals that were bigger than him.

I love this picture. Turkey's are so ugly they are cute. Wes would whistle at them and then they would make their noise. It was very funny!

Wes and I met Brandon and Kelli in college, and spent a lot of time together, and now we all live in GA.

At the end Landon got to ride on a horse. He loved it!

He then found a "bull" to ride.

Then a horse like I used to have as a kid.

Random snapshots

I was in the laundry room when I heard Landon ripping paper, then it got really quiet. When I walked out of the laundry room here is what I found.

Landon had picked "pretty" girls out of my workout magazine and placed them on the refrigerator with a magnet. I just had to get a picture. Wes came home and thought I did it, but couldn't figure out why I put them so low.

We have already enjoyed the pool this year. I have not jumped in yet because it is still a little chilly for me, but Wes and Landon have greatly enjoyed it.

This is his first time eating corn on the cob. He kept saying that he was a big boy.

We finally got Landon's artwork hung, and of course he had to help.

I wrote on the board in the middles, and the rest is all Landon's work.

Happy Mother's Day

On Mother's Day I woke up to my two boys bringing me breakfast in bed. (pancakes, bacon, and milk) When I got downstairs I saw these beautiful roses and card. Inside the card was the greatest gift in the world, a maid of a day. Someone to come in and do a deep cleaning. I am so excited!

Landon had a fever the night before, but woke up without one. So we decided to go to church, but Landon went into big church with us. I packed his airplane bag and he wanted it on his back. It almost made me cry because he looked so grown up.

The best job in the world was given to me on September 19, 2007. I am blessed!

Landon loves our new plants that we are attempting to keep alive.
